Acting on behalf of the Owner's interests, SNC-Lavalin will provide engineering and project execution oversight of the Feasibility Study, the FEED and the EPC of capital projects; assuring continuity of design and operation philosophies throughout the project life cycle. This role requires SNC-Lavalin to accomplish the capital project though the selection and management of other EPC contractors, vendors and suppliers while maintaining quality, safety and performance of these multiple entities. SNC-Lavalin has the requisite experience, project cost and scheduling systems and proven procedures to manage small to very large projects acting as the engineering/construction/project department of the Owner.
