The Project Managing Contractor or General Contractor provides the Owner with a single-point of contact and the responsibility for the design, engineering, procurement, construction and project management of its own resources and those of other contractors, vendors and licensors to safely complete the capital project scope on-time and within budget. The PMC approach enables SNC-Lavalin to assemble the best regional and local companies to accomplish the work scope. This will be some combination of its own engineering and construction resources together with resources, equipment and expertise from others.
